Description
Tourism Ireland, Fáilte Ireland, and Tourism NI as the tourism development and marketing organisations for the island of Ireland (IOIT) are collectively seeking the services of a Digital Asset Management System (DAMs). IOIT collectively manage their marketing content in a single Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. IOIT are opening calls for DAM, Hybrid DAM solutions, and DAM-like vendors to express their interest in proposing solutions for a 3rd generation solution. Potential DAM vendors that meet the minimum requirements of the Expression of Interest and are shortlisted will move to Stage 2 of the tender process. Tourism Ireland will be taking the lead in procuring the services set out in this CfT. The preference for the contracting agencies [IOIT] is to work directly with the technology service provider rather than a third-party reseller. The contract shall be for an initial term of four [4] years with the option to extend annually for a further period not exceeding 36 months; up to a maximum term of seven [7] years.
