Maynooth University (MU) located in County Kildare, Ireland, is a place of lively contrasts – a modern institution, dynamic, rapidly-growing, research-led and engaged, grounded in historic academic strengths and scholarly traditions. With over 15,000 students MU offers a range of programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level in the humanities, science and engineering and social sciences, including business, law and education. The University also offers a range of international programmes and partnerships. The current iteration of University’s external facing website was launched in 2014 and was the result of a significant project to bring multiple individual websites into one content management system. It was designed to dynamically create structured content from University information systems, highlight and support key strategic goals, promote the University brand and place relevant content in front of key stakeholders including potential students, staff and researchers.
