Meath Co Co - MH-HR-26-01 - The Provision of an Electronic Applicant Tracking System to Manage Meath County Council full Recruitment and Onboarding Process

Description

Meath County Council is seeking to procure a flexible and fully automated end to end Candidate Application Tracking System to streamline our recruitment process. This system will be used by Meath County Council to facilitate the running of recruitment competitions and onboarding processes. The system selected will need to be accessible to all Meath County Council staff members (approx. 1100 people), up to 50-line managers, interview board members, and external applicants. A subset of staff within the HR Unit, (Approx. 10) will require full access to the application to administer competitions. On average it is expected that Meath County Council will run up to 150 recruitment competitions per annum and the system should support both internal and external recruitment competitions.
