Automation, framework agreement

Description

The contest concerns the delivery of automation work within maintenance and building development projects. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold excluding VAT. The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year. The estimated value of annual contracts is based on previous historical figures and approximate estimates. This estimate must be seen as a binding volume for procurements under the framework agreement. The procurement of electrical and automation work will vary from year to year, in-line with the Contracting Authority’s need. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Framework agreement The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement and other contract provisions. Seriousness Requirement. The contracting authority shall also enter into parallel agreements with two or more tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
