Summary of the work Requirement for a supplier to deliver ICT digital configuration of Azure platform programme to customers across London. The supplier will need to provide Technical specialist resource with the relevant experience in both end point management and infrastructure undertaking technical tasks required to deliver the programme. Status reports will be required. Expected Contract Length 3 months Latest start date Monday 7 January 2019 Budget Range £72,000 Why the Work is Being Done Flexible resources required to achieve the ICT CCG Capital Programme Outcome by the 31st March 2019. Problem to Be Solved Partner required to support the programme team with the following services: Supporting the programme outcomes Provision of subject matter expertise in the areas of - Digital configuration specialists Azure & Application specialists Data migration Technical architecture design and deployment Who Are the Users Services are provided across London. There is a requirement to deliver this programme with minimal disruption to services and with minimal reliance on 'out of hours' work. Early Market Engagement None to date. Work Already Done Outline business cases submitted to NHS England and approval given. Identification of assets in scope for this programme. Existing Team The programme will report into the NEL Digital Programme Lead. The successful supplier will need to engage with the below functions within NEL: Senior ICT Management Team Transformation Team Contracts and Resourcing Team Technical Services Operations Team Technical Services Support Team Programmes Team Current Phase Not applicable Skills & Experience • •Office 365 – MS Gold partner • •Azure – MS Gold partner • •STROSIMPLE (new install, manage)– MS certified • •On-Prem Active directory, setting up users, OUs and sync with Azure AD • •File server migration to Azure base server • •Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager • •Image Deployment • •Software Distribution • •Patch Management • •Assets Management • •NHS Clinical experience: Clinical application deployment (Emis, HSCIC, Docmen 7 & 10, EPS etc) Nice to Haves Clearance to access Patient Identifiable Data (PID) Work Location The NEL base for this region is: 1 Lower Marsh Waterloo Work on customer sites will be across London. Working Arrangments Whilst this opportunity is being offered as a managed service, it forms part of our ICT Service Improvement Programme therefore, it is vital that the successful suppliers staff work closely onsite with individual teams mentioned this will include face to face meetings, all expenses must be within the financial envelope. Could you provide more detail on the 'assets in scope' for this programme (asset volumes, types of assets, what information is currently recorded against asset, format that information is stored in, etc.).? Administration and configuration of the following: 350 x PC (Dell OptiPlex 5050), 350 x Printer (5100N), 40 x Printer (ADS2400) 6. The requirements state "STORESIMPLE (new install, manage) – MS certified". There is no specific company accreditation for STORSIMPLE – is it sufficient that we are Gold Cloud certified and have demonstrable experience in implementing STORSIMPLE? Yes, experienced of implementing STORSIMPLE within an Microsoft platform 7. With respect to the "Clearance to access Patient Identifiable Data (PID)" skill, please can you confirm the specific accreditation and/or clearances that individuals must have, or is this requirement an adherence to the information governance training and procedures which will be defined by the Caldecott Guardian and/or Data Protection Officer of the customer organisation? Adherence to the Organisation's IG when working with Patent Identifiable Data
