Description

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a turnkey solution for the replacement of the main roof of the Cynefin building, including the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials. The appointed contractor will assume full responsibility for the planning, design, and delivery of the works, including undertaking the roles of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
