Scottish Historic Buildings Trust invites responses from Conservation Architect led Design Teams, with Architect acting as Lead Consultant, Principal Designer and Contract Administrator, and including (as a minimum) Conservation Accredited Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, and Landscape Architect, for the restoration of the Bernat Klein Studio.
