Estates Improvement Framework

Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside (the “PCC”) in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of an Estates Improvement Framework. The requirement will be tendered in two (2) value-based LOTs consistent with operational footprint of Humberside Police and Humberside Fire & Rescue Service. The PCC will be looking to appoint a maximum of three (3) contractors per value driven LOT. The Framework will be tendered in 2 value-based LOTs: LOT 1: Schemes valued between £50,000 - £500,000 LOT 2: Schemes valued between £500,000 - £5,193,000 The type size, complexity and value of works will vary. Typically, it will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:- • Office Refurbishment and Fit Outs • Welfare Refurbishments – Kitchen, Toilets etc • Garaging • External Building Fabric Improvements • New Build or Extension Works • Delivery of specialist upgrade works within areas of Police and Fire Service • Specialist Fire Service Training Facilities • Associated works such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural.
