Uisce Éireann intends to procure a Contract Lifecycle Management System and is looking for providers in the market that can cover all aspects of the Contract Lifecycle Management System but not limited to: • Contract Lifecycle Management, including Application setup and maintenance, hierarchies, templates, versioning and process automation, and auditing. • Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability. • Contract request, management, and creation. • Negotiation, approval workflows, e-signatures. • Dynamic dashboard; ability to earch by contract and framework, vendor or business area to quickly access performance ratings, actions documents received/pending etc. • Vendor accessing the system; ability for vendors to interact with the system in terms of uploading documents, updating actions and closing off actions. • Reporting and analytics, tracking and visualisation. • Vendor Performance Management; tracking spend, KPI’s, SLA’s, requirements, performance, and compliance, of vendors linked to contracts. • Messaging; enable direct communication with vendors. • Reminders; automation of supplier reminders to update documentation (e.g. yearly audited accounts, H&S documents, and annual insurance policies). • Access; ability to restrict/confine access to users based on teams. • Security; Access, Storage, and communication. • Integration to Enterprise Applications like the O365 Microsoft Suite and Oracle eBusiness Suite. • The Application can support a Cloud implementation. This PIN notice intends to identify interested parties who wish to engage with Uisce Eireann in this exercise. . . Uisce Eireann may invite up to 5 interested parties with proven & demonstrated experience in Contract Lifecycle Management Systems to present and show case their offering either in person in an Uisce Eireann office or via Zoom/MS Teams link.
