Pre-Tender Market Sounding for a National Talent Acquisition Solution for HSE Human Resources

The Health Service Executive is conducting a pre-tender Market Sounding Exercise to gather information in advance of a formal procurement process for a National talent acquisition system to support all areas and functions of talent acquisition in the Health Service Executive. The Talent acquisition system will be required to support each stage of the recruitment process - the Job Campaign, Screening & Selection, Interview stages and contracting stage of the recruitment process. The scope will include the provision of software, configuration, installation, integration, implementation, training, and full support and maintenance services. It should be capable of interoperability & integration with existing local & national systems. It is intended that this will be delivered as a software as a solution (SaaS).
