Via East Midlands requires a supplier to supply to provide SCRIM (Sideways Force Coefficient Routine Investigation Machines) Surveys and Scanner surveys for the provision of annual statutory performance indicator outturns for 130-01, 130-02 and 130-03 to the DfT which will be tendered as two separate lots.
