YPO 1207 - Book Coverings, Note Pads & Envelopes

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Book Coverings, Notepads and Envelopes for use primarily in the education market. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and also for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. Lot 1: Lot 1 - YPO Branded Notebooks This Lot is for the provision of YPO branded notebooks to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 2: Lot 2 - Premium Casebound This Lot is for the provision of premium casebound to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 3: Lot 3 - Wirebound Polyprop This Lot is for the provision of wirebound polyprop to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 4: Lot 4 - Twinwire Polyprop This Lot is for the provision of twinwire polyprop to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 5: Lot 5 - Recycled Notebooks This Lot is for the provision of recycled notebooks to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 6: Lot 6 - Green Pressboard This Lot is for the provision of green pressboard to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 7: Lot 7 - Premium Pressboard This Lot is for the provision of premium pressboard to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 8: Lot 8 - Fashion Notebooks This Lot is for the provision of fashion notebooks to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 9: Lot 9 - Hardback Memo Books This Lot is for the provision of hardback memo books to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 10: Lot 10 - Office and Event Books This Lot is for the provision of office and event books to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 11: Lot 11 - Flipchart Pads This Lot is for the provision of flipchart pads to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 12: Lot 12 - Spiral Flipcharts This Lot is for the provision of spiral flipcharts to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield Lot 13: Lot 13 - Book Cover Films This Lot is for the provision of book cover films to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield. Additional information: The variants that will be accepted on this Lot are as follows: 1. + / - 5% tolerance on the required plasticizer content 2. + / - 10% tolerance on the required micron Lot 14: Lot 14 - Book Jackets This Lot is for the provision of book jackets to be delivered into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield as well as directly to the end user.
