Central Digital Platform

Description

As of 1st April 2026, all suppliers that want to provide services, works or supplies to Public Sector Authorities will be required to be registered onto the Central Digital Platform (CDP). This applies to all above and below the public procurement thresholds. You will be requested to provide your unique Public Procurement Organisation Number that is a unique identifier assigned to suppliers when you have register on the UK's Central Digital Platform (CDP), which is used for managing public sector tender opportunities and contracts. The benefits to the registering your organisation are below Efficiency - Common information can be shared directly with contracting authorities by way of a Sharecode or file download. The information can be reused as many times as needed. The codes and files only need to be updated when the supplier’s information changes. No change to the information = no need to generate a new code. Saved searches - notifications of suitable opportunities. If you are not currently registered, all supplier should now register, either in advance of being awarded a contract or by the point of the contract award. Registration will only take 5 minutes.
