Tender for Catering Provision at Burnavon Arts and Cultural Centre, Cookstown and Hill of The O’Neill and Ranfurly House Dungannon

Mid Ulster District Council invites tenders from experienced and competent service providers to provide ad hoc catering services at The Burnavon Arts Centre, Cookstown and Hill of The O’Neill and Ranfurly House, Dungannon. It is anticipated that a supplier/s will be appointed and services availed of, on an ad hoc basis, commencing on 1 October 2026 for an agreed period of 1 year up to the 30 September 2027. The contract, subject to satisfactory performance, may be extended for a further 2 x 1 year periods and at the sole discretion of the Council. This tender is offered in lots:- Burnavon Arts and Cultural Centre, Cookstown (Lot 1) Hill of The O’Neill and Ranfurly House, Dungannon (Lot 2) Suppliers can tender for one or more Lots. Tender prices must reflect all circumstances affecting, or likely to affect, the provision of the goods/services.
