A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). 1. Grid Constraints Review Report • A comprehensive analysis of current grid capacity and constraints across Hampshire*. • Identification of areas with the highest renewable energy potential and the greatest grid limitations. • Assessment of how much of Hampshire's energy demand can be met under current infrastructure. 2. Set of Strategic Recommendations • Evidence-based proposals for mitigating grid constraints. • Recommendations for infrastructure upgrades and policy interventions. • Guidance on how Hampshire can better engage with national reforms and stakeholders. 3. Stakeholder Engagement Framework • A structured approach to engaging with key stakeholders such as SSEN, NESO, RESP, and local authorities. • Strengthened relationships and coordination among Hampshire's districts, boroughs, and unitary authorities. 4. Knowledge and Capacity Building • Increased awareness and understanding among officers and stakeholders. • Internal capacity development through in-house delivery or supported facilitation. 5. Integration of Local Authority Strategies • Alignment with existing strategies • Inclusion of local case studies and solar infrastructure investments.
