Description

The contracting authority for the competition is Anskaffelser Fellesenhet on behalf of the municipalities in the Hadeland region. The region consists of Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker Municipalities, and it has approx. 70 000 inhabitants divided between an area of 3 166 km2. Combined the municipalities have gross operational incomes of approx. 4 000 000 000 NOK. Anskaffelser Fellesenhet invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the delivery of broadband to the municipalities in Hadeland. A further description of the requirement and scope is presented in the instructive appendix to annex 1 SSA-K (Government Standard Terms and Conditions). Introduction The project is a collaboration project between Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker Municipalities. The aim is to improve broadband coverage for inhabitants and businesses in the sparsely populated parts of the municipalities. These areas currently have bad or very bad broadband coverage. project description The Hadeland municipalities have major challenges with broadband coverage. All 3 municipalities have a lot of sparsely populated areas and considerable agricultural areas. The central areas in all 3 municipalities have good broadband coverage via another provider. Annex 5: describes the broadband areas. Annex 6: new broadband offer, gives information on approx. 1 200 households who will get a broadband offer. Annex 7: improved broadband offer, gives information on approx. 1 000 households who will get an improved broadband offer.
