Procurement of telephony services

Oslo kommune c/o The Agency for Improvement and Development, department of procurement services, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations for a joint procurement for the procurement of telephony services. See the qualification tender documentation for further details. Lot 1: Procurement of a primary contract for telephony services. The primary contract will cover the contracting authority's need for telephony services and telephony related services such as: - Mobile telephony services on a subscription level (telephony and data traffic) - IP-telephony - Mobile company network/switchboard systems - Mobile broadband - M2M (machine-to-machine) - Competence within telephony and user support through consultancy - Assistance with improving coverage, primarily indoors - SMS services. Lot 2: Procurement of a secondary contract for telephony services. The secondary contract will cover the contracting authority's need for telephony services and telephony related services such as: - Mobile telephony services on a subscription level (telephony and data traffic) - Mobile company network/switchboard systems - Mobile broadband - M2M (machine-to-machine) - Competence within telephony and user support through consultancy - Assistance with improving coverage, primarily indoors - SMS services.
