Service Provider to provide Aptitude Testing for Talent Acquisition– Campaign Recruitment TR670

Description

The Contracting Entity ESB intends to procure a single supplier framework agreemen t for aptitude testing for ESB’s Talent Acquisition – Campaign Recruitment It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope) 1. Provide objective and transparent method for shortlisting and assessing aptitude using proven benchmarking methodology, including for large campaigns with large applicant numbers 2. Provide suitable reporting that will aid interview panels (i.e. highlight strengths and weaknesses of applicants and provide interviewers with focused interview questions).
