Description

General Description of the Proposed Contract The Contracting Entity intends to procure material supplies for the provision of FOX615 equipment to expand ESB’s existing FOX615 network as well as a standalone project for the replacement of FOX515 with FOX615 multiplexers. It is also intended to procure support services for the FOX515 replacement program consisting of design, project management and commissioning resources. It is proposed that the Contract will include the following (non-exhaustive list – high level scope): • Provision of FOX615,FOX612 equipment to include full suite of modules available for ongoing projects. • Provision of FOX615,FOX612 equipment to include full suite of modules available for 515 replacement project. • Associated licenses for all equipment/cards. • Annual SLA for all FOX615FOX612 equipment • Project Management resource for FOX515 upgrade project • Technical design resource for FOX515 upgrade project • Technical support for future FOX615,612 related projects • Field based installation commissioning resources for FOX515 upgrade project. • Training on FOX615/612 equipment and associated platforms • Ongoing Foxman NMS upgrades and support It is a requirement that the successful service provider will have experience in delivering a solution of similar type and scale to that being sought by ESB.
