Description

Our highway network is our most expensive and most used asset we own as a Council. To the people who live here, the tourists who visit and the workers who commute, our network is vital to their day-to-day movements. A DPS operates in an open market and as its name suggests – it is ‘dynamic’, meaning you can apply to join at any time during its life span. This allows us, as the Contracting Authority, to continually expand our network of suppliers, contributing to our local economy and grow skills in our area. Three lots are included on this dynamic purchasing system. You can join one, two or all three of them.
