Ayrshire Housing - Small Works Framework

Description

The procurement comprises seven trade lots in order to deliver a small works service throughout the Association's stock. The trade lots are as follows: Lot 1 - Windows & Doors Lot 2 - Roofing & Rendering Lot 3 - Drainage Works Lot 4 - Grounds Maintenance & Fencing Lot 5 - Medical Adaptations Lot 6 - Damp & Mould Lot 7 - Multi-Trade Lot 1: Windows & Doors Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into a contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Lot 2: Roofing & Rendering Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Lot 3: Drainage Works Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Lot 4: Grounds Maintenance & Fencing Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Lot 5: Medical Adaptations Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. Lot 6: Damp & Mould Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot. Lot 7: Multi-Trade Ayrshire Housing intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors for this Lot.
