Soft Market Test - Material Supply

Description

Aspire Housing are in the process of Material supply re-procurement and looking at different delivery models. Aspire would like to undertake a soft market test. This gives potential providers and other stakeholders the opportunity to express their interests and feed in their views about the potential service model and service definitions. Aspire will use the information to appraise options and further develop the specification. It is anticipated that tenders (Invitation to Tender) would be advertised in Late September 2024 to enable new contract(s) to begin from April 2025.
