The Provision of Energy Efficiency Contractors

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to the renewal of a Framework Agreement for energy and efficiency works and services. The Contracting Authority (Scotland Excel) seeks notes of interest from Suppliers who believe they have the capability and capacity to fulfil the requirement of multiple and/or specific lots, detailed within the body of this PIN notice and, any subsequent Tender Programme. Potential Tenderers who believe they can fulfil the non-exhaustive high-level specification details within this PIN shall note their interest in this notice by 17:00 (Close of Business) on the 23rd of January 2026. Lot 2: Building Fabric Measures The works under this lot may include but not limited to: Building Fabric Measures and Finishes, Cavity Wall Insulation, Hard to Treat (HTT) Cavity Wall Insulation, Warm Roof Insulation, Repair and Replacement: Pitched, Internal Wall Insulation, Floor Insulation, Doors Replacement and Retrofit, Windows Replacement and Retrofit, Flat Roof Insulation Repair and Replacement, Cold Roof Insulation Repair and Replacement. Lot 3: Heating, Hot Water and Ventilation The works under this lot may include, but not limited to: Gas Boilers, Heating Systems, Heating Controls and, Hot Water Cylinders, Electric Heating, Storage Heaters, Infrared and Panel Heating, Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Under Floor Heating, Ventilation Systems, Biomass Boilers. Lot 4: Renewables and Energy Storage Measures The works under this lot may include, but will not be limited to: Solar PV, Electricity Battery Storage, Solar Thermal and Heat Battery. Lot 1: Professional Services It is envisioned that services under this lot will include but not be limited to: Architects, Retrofit Co-Ordinators, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Assessors and Managing Agents.
