Social Security Scotland has an ongoing requirement for licensed access to a Talent Acquisition Tool that supports the delivery of an inclusive, data-informed recruitment strategy. The tool will enable the organisation to proactively identify and engage with prospective candidates in specialist and hard-to-fill roles, helping to meet workforce demands in a competitive labour market. In addition, it will enhance the visibility of Social Security Scotland as an employer of choice by promoting its brand to wider talent pools. The platform will also provide valuable analytics and market intelligence to inform long-term workforce planning and strategic resourcing decisions. Lot 1: The procurement route is a call-off from the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework, utilising the standard G-Cloud 14 terms and conditions.
