National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024 - Scotland

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, is looking to appoint a number of Consultants to a Framework Agreement to provide a range of Professional Services, specifically across Scotland. The Framework Agreement is 1 lot, which will cover all bodies in the Scotland Public Sector. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2016 Open Procedure. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public sector bodies in Scotland, the full list of applicable public sector organisations is available in the Tender synopsis on Pagabo's In- Tend portal -https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1272. The framework shall have the facility for Client Organisations to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Complete Services Solution (lots 2 - 20) This lot is for the provision of a complete services solution, which allows for the provision of anything from a single service to full multi-disciplinary service solution. There will be a maximum of 3 consultant organisations appointed to this lot. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Fire Engineering – EWS1 and FRAEW Surveys For the provision of Fire Engineering – EWS1 and FRAEW Surveys Services. Accreditations maybe required from the Client Organisation within the Further Competition requirement, for example EWS1 Certificate. Consultants will be able to bring in supply chain partners to help deliver the requirements for Client Organisation and act as a single point of contact for the Client Organisation. The full project requirements and scope would be agreed through the Direct Award or Further Competition Process. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Asbestos Consultancy For the provision of Asbestos Consultancy Services. Accreditations maybe required from the Client Organisation within the Further Competition requirement, for example P401 - Identification of Asbestos in Bulk Samples (PLM). Consultants will be able to bring in supply chain partners to help deliver the requirements for Client Organisation and act as a single point of contact for the Client Organisation. Lot 4: Lot 4 – Water Consultancy including Legionella Monitoring For the provision of Water Consultancy including Legionella Monitoring Services. Accreditations maybe required from the Client Organisation within the Further Competition requirement, for example Membership to (FWA) The Future Water Association. Consultants will be able to bring in supply chain partners to help deliver the requirements for Client Organisation and act as a single point of contact for the Client Organisation.
