Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, have established a national framework of Suppliers of new and used furniture, including turnkey solutions for new installations. The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of furniture for use within an office, educational, residential, laboratory and auditorium settings along with associated design services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK, the full list is available in the Tender synopsis on the In- Tend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1264) There are 7 lots and each lot is divided into a maximum of 8 geographical areas. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements. Lot 1a: Lot 1a Education Furniture Solutions - New This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an educational setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 8 regions and within each area, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 1b: Lot 1b Education Furniture Solutions - Used This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, used furniture that will be used in an educational setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 8 geographical areas and within each are, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 2a: Lot 2a Office Furniture Solutions - New This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an office setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 8 geographical areas and within each area there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 2b: Lot 2b Office Furniture Solutions - Used This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, used furniture that will be used in an office setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 7 geographical areas and within each area, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 3: Lot 3 Residential Furniture Solutions This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in a residential setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 8 geographical areas and within each area, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 4: Lot 4 Laboratory Furniture Solutions This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in a laboratory setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 4 geographical areas and within each area, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will only be able to further compete their requirements via this lot. Lot 5: Lot 5 Auditorium Seating Solutions This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an auditorium setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 4 geographical areas and within each area, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will only be able further compete their requirements via this lot.
