Description

The scope of this ITT and supporting documents is to: — establish a framework of Contractors for medium works public sector contracts within the UK with a value of between 250 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP. The framework will cover, but not limited to, new builds, extension, refurbishment and maintenance requirements. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from 1.1.2019, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK. Public sector bodies as outlined above who may wish to access this framework at some future date may approach the appointed Organisation and further compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.
