Description

Hamar, Stange and Løten municipalities need to procure an overall and fully integrated system for optional distribution systems for invoices/documents from UBW. The system includes i.a. making the eFaktura (and the combination eFaktura/fixed-term giro) content accessible for net banks, Digipost, Vipp invoices and print with postage optimisation. The procurement of a Multi-channel from Evry, with Unit4 Business World integration. The procurement (the contract) shall ensure the municipalities an overall and fully integrated system for invoice distribution and must include making the eFaktura (and the combination eFaktura/fixed-term giro) content accessible for net banks, Digipost, Vipp invoices and print with postage optimisation. Some of the main arguments for choosing this system are i.a. the following new functionality in Unit4 BW and accompanying integration system: — invoicing set-up in UBW independent on the relation to the customer, — simplified labelling in the UBW customer register, — an option to set-up expanded report parameters in UBW, — simplifying the invoicing process, — import and display of receipts on documentation level in UBW, — an invoice overview in UBW, — integration modules in UBW for facilitating documents and metadata, — deviation management, automatic routing and receipt functionality, — identical document display for all channels.
