Procurement of TV signals and the accompanying services for municipal buildings

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of TV signals and the accompanying services, for municipal housing in Bærum municipality. The procurement applies to all municipal service areas. Lot 1: The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer for the procurement of TV signals and the accompanying services, for municipal housing in Bærum municipality. The procurement concerns all municipal service areas that are managed by Bærum municipality, but the bulk of the service has traditionally been within the municipality's welfare services. During the past four years, Bærum municipality has worked to centralise the operation and management of the TV solution in a joint business-wide contract, which includes the procurement of TV signals and the accompanying services. Centralised operation must both contribute to the efficiency of administration and operation, while at the same time it is desirable to be able to offer some of the users, both services and residents of various institutions, a high degree of tailor-made solutions/TV packages. The new contract will help to ensure that the municipality continues its current work of managing a unified and holistic solution, as well as that the users will eventually receive a joint contract that will cover as many of the municipality's needs for the procurement of TV signals and the accompanying services as possible. The new contract will have mechanisms that are similar to a framework agreement, where it is desirable that, during the contract period, work is done to occupy the school sector, as well as other service locations where TV signals may be relevant. Separate call-off forms must be drawn up when new locations join the agreement.
