Procurement of a contact centre system for user support for Altinn and ID-porten

Description

Digdir needs a contact centre system in order to receive and answer user enquiries. We would like the contact centre system to have telephony, chat, and the possibility of sending SMS. The system will be used by ID-porten and Altinn user support. The user supports operate via telephony, email, and chat. Email is handled in a separate system and is not part of this procurement. See SSA-L annex 1 for further information. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for 3 years, with an option for an extension of the contract to 1+1 year. The estimated contract value, including the option period, is between NOK 4.2 million to NOK 4.5 million, excluding VAT. Digdir plans to hold tender presentations in week 19 with the 3 tenderers that best fulfil the award criteria. The tender presentations will be held digitally via Microsoft Teams.
