Framework agreement for the production of physical, digital and hybrid seminars

IMDi will enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the purchase of physical, digital and hybrid seminars/events and associated services. Lot 1: IMDi will enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the purchase of physical, digital and hybrid seminars/events and associated services. The contract includes i.a. the following services: • Production of physical events that are not live streamed. • Production of webinars and fully digital workshops. • Production of hybrid events (livestream + in-person at a hall). • Production of TV broadcasts • Production of podcasts/webcasts. • Editing, subtitling and sharing recordings of events. • Production of short and simple descriptive/documentary instructional and informational films/portraits. - Production of simple animations (jingles, banners, posters, etc.). • Technical assistance and training.
