Single-Party Framework for the provision of Digital Transformation Services under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation

Description

The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to deliver Digital Transformation Services under a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The contract will cover the support and maintenance of PSI’s existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, together with the design, development, implementation and support of a digital platform to enhance PSI’s regulatory and inspection processes. This includes the delivery of a mobile inspection capability, extension of an existing portal, and integration with PSI’s current Microsoft-based technology environment (including Dataverse, SharePoint and Power BI). The contract will be established as a single-party framework agreement for an initial period of four (4) years, with the option to extend for two further periods of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance.
