Gas Networks Ireland intend setting up a Framework Agreement for the provision of Sales and Associated Services to Gas Networks Ireland, and its subsidiaries, to support customer growth in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Transport sectors in the Republic of Ireland. The scope of Framework Agreement will include the provision of services and resources associated with, but not limited to the, following sectors: New Housing (NH) Mature Domestic (MD) Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Large Industrial and Commercial (LIC) Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Renewable Gas in Transport (RGT) Marketing and Communication Customer Solutions Sales and Channel Strategy Setting sales strategy for customer groups to include detailed initiative plans and implementation strategies to proactively grow new connection numbers and win new business Ensure appropriate channels selected for customer groups Joint Sales Planning with GNI Sales Execution and Delivery Deliver Sales Process: Proactive Lead Generation, Qualification, Opportunity, Contract Sales Funnel management Various channels: Digital, Telesales, Salesperson, Broker etc. Marketing support of initiatives Sales support and administration CRM management (GNI currently uses Microsoft Dynamics) Succession management Sales Metrics and Reporting Strong sales performance measurement and management Meet agreed targets and incentives Sales Ways of Working and Procedures Demonstrates strong understanding of the contracting entity’s commercial environments Clear communications Lean processes and focus on continuous improvement Emphasis on strong feedback and issue resolution Sales team development, training and qualifications.
