Description

CPSMA aims to expand its service offering to include external audit, management accounting, and payroll services. These developments are intended to: • Reduce the administrative burden on school staff • Enhance cost oversight and financial governance • Standardise financial reporting across all schools The initial focus will be on audit services. In the longer term, CPSMA envisions a digital solution through which school administrators can input data directly via an app that will: • Automatically generate management reports for board meetings • Support the preparation of end-of-year statutory accounts
