Preliminary Market Consultation for Services related to the Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures

Description

The Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation is considering initiating a competitive procurement process for Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures Services during 2026. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to the provision of Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures Services. The OGP is issuing this Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures Services to the Irish Public Sector. It is not a call for competition.
