Description

Network Rail (NR) are intending to construct a haul road and turning circle on BCC land on Temple Island, for BCC and any future developer and third parties using compound sites on the land to use. Under the obligations of the Temple Island Common Construction Obligations Protocol all parties on Temple Island are expected to contribute to the construction of the haul road. BCC will contribute their share to Network Rail to go towards the cost of the turning circle. Network Rail will contract BAM Nuttall their appointed contract for the Temple Meads Eastern Entrance Project to undertake works.
