This is an invitation to a dynamic purchasing system for suppliers to cover the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's need for IT consultants within the field IT - consultants - project management and Teamlead. Have the authority to manage projects and be responsible for delivering within the defined frameworks and limitations. The responsibility mainly consists of planning, delegating assignments to the rest of the project team, supervising activities and progress, and managing all aspects of the project. The Norwegian Maritime Directorate uses flexible methodology for development and management. We have drafted assignments below where will require consultancy services and assistance, as well as relevant experience and competence requirements. The overview is therefore not exhaustive. Relevant requirements will be specified in each individual contest held under the purchasing system. Consultancy services and assistance can be required for the following assignments: · Planning, coordinating, and implementing large and small projects, e.g., within e-management, ICT, and digitalisation - Planning and implementing integration projects · Planlegging/implementing pilots within e-management · Risk analyses of all phases in deliveries o Quality assurance of deliveries
