This is an invitation to a dynamic purchasing system for suppliers to cover the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's need for IT consultants within IT consultants - user experiences. Assistance and advice within user experience, formulation, and design for the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's internal development projects. The overview is therefore not exhaustive. The requirements can and will be specified for each individual contest held under the dynamic purchasing system. We would like competence and experience within: • Service design o Complete understanding of customer needs o Mapping problem and feasibility areas in customer journeys o Visualisation and communication o User testing, simple prototyping, analysis • Interaction design o User friendliness o Navigation and flow o Design patterns o Visualisation and communication • Graphic design o Digital identity o Digital design systems o Illustrations, icons, infographics, etc. • User testing o Performance measurement and planning user tests o Interview script and recruitment o With journey and user observations • Analysis of user behaviour o Etablish measurements across channels o Define KPIs and a regime for continual measurement and improvement o Testing behaviour via digital tools. o Analysis of sources and big data o Collocation, communication and visualisation of data, finds and insight • Prototyping o Communicate hypotheses, concepts, and solutions through developing simple prototypes
