Multi-user system for handling Trøndelag County's operational needs in the production of point clouds delivered in the form of an application. Lot 1: Trøndelag County intends to make a direct procurement of a multi-user system for handling Trøndelag County's operational needs in the production of point clouds in the form of an application for tablets for field work, as well as a web-based application for further production of scans. Preliminary surveys have not shown that other suppliers have support for IFC files. Trøndelag County depends on this to check what has been modelled against reality. Furthermore, Trøndelag County depends on the service being able to move BIM objects to their real position (in accordance with point cloud) and export this as a new IFC file. Our surveys have shown that only Imerso can provide the service, and it is thus not possible to hold a contest for technical reasons. Trøndelag County thus intends to enter into a contract with Imerso for the provision of the service.
