The contracting authority Triangle Housing Association Ltd, owns and manages nearly 1 000 general needs, sheltered and supported housing schemes in and around Northern Ireland. The quality of the planned maintenance services they provide is therefore of paramount importance in ensuring customer satisfaction in the services they deliver. They are seeking to appoint a provider to deliver planned and cyclical maintenance to the highest possible standards and who have a proven track record in the delivery of these services. The successful service providers must be able to show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money and demonstrate a commitment to addressing social inclusion. The contracting authority is seeking to appoint a provider to provide planned and cyclical maintenance services to their various schemes located in Northern Ireland. The total property portfolio comprises general needs, sheltered, and supported housing schemes. The planned maintenance services include the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms, boiler upgrades, domestic and communal electrical works, cyclical external and communal redecoration and pre-decoration repairs, periodic servicing, testing, inspection, maintenance and renewal of controlled door entry, warden call and fire alarm and fire detection installations, emergency lighting and domestic and communal fixed wire testing, window and external door renewal and other repairs.
