Explore potential delivery models, pedagogical approaches, and alignment with Curriculum for Excellence, DYW, and the Scottish Attainment Challenge to ensure the programme meets local and national educational priorities. Support the council in understanding indicative costs and cost drivers associated with the design, delivery, scaling, and sustainability of this programme across multiple school clusters and educational levels..
