The National Museum of Ireland (the Museum) intends to undertake a future procurement for the provision of a Visitor Counting and Analytics Technology Solution across its estate. In advance of initiating a formal procurement process, the Museum is conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) to: • Engage with the market to understand current capabilities and innovations • Inform the development of a comprehensive specification • Assess appropriate delivery and commercial models • Identify optimal procurement strategies and risk considerations This PMC is issued in accordance with EU and Irish public procurement principles and is conducted in a transparent and non-discriminatory manner. Participation in this process does not constitute participation in any future competition and will not confer any advantage in a subsequent procurement process.
