The HSE wishes to engage with the market by inviting companies providing an Ambulance Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) solution to submit a concise submission in response to certain questions using the template provided in the preliminary market consultation document. The HSE is conducting this preliminary market consultation on behalf of the National Ambulance Service (NAS). The preliminary market consultation document is being made available on the understanding and on condition that it is to be used solely for the purposes outlined therein. Interested parties should note that this is not a call for competition, and there will be no award of business or contract as a result of this preliminary market consultation process. The preliminary market consultation document does not constitute a representation that an ePCR solution will in fact be procured, in whole or in part. Nor does it constitute an invitation to tender or an offer to enter into a contract. No contractual relationship will be formed arising from any response submitted to the preliminary market consultation document.
