THG invites you to tender for a Contract for the Provision of a Maintenance Service Level Requirement for Security Systems at a number of supported housing schemes. The tender is for the contractor to supply all of the services as required in this tender. The contractor must be a member of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI). The contractor must be committed to the delivery of the highest standards in customer services and care. Our benchmark is to exceed our customer’s expectations in all areas of our service delivery, therefore, the contractor must reflect this quality at all times. THG require a 365 day 24 hour service as detailed in this tender which will include service inspections of the systems listed below and are to be carried out during normal working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 hrs. The Security System includes • CCTV – 1 service required annually • Fob System Access Control – 1 service required annually • Door Entry Intercom System – 1 service required annually • Powered Automatic Doors – 2 services required annually In the event of a fault developing with any of the above during the maintenance period THG will require a visit from trained technicians to carry out the repair, who will undertake to: • Attend site within the prescribed timescales • Establish the nature of the defect or service required • Complete the works as required and defined within the SLA and maintenance schedule plan. • Inform the Customer of work carried out and further actions required.
