NHS Healthchecks IT Monitoring System

Description

Hampshire County Council has awarded a call-off contract under the G-Cloud 14 Framework for the provision of an IT system to support the management and oversight of NHS Health Checks and Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) services delivered by General Practices across Hampshire. The cloud-based solution will enable the Council to monitor service delivery, report on key performance indicators, and process invoicing for commissioned activity, ensuring compliance with national guidance and local programme requirements. The system will provide secure data handling and a dashboard interface to support accurate reporting, quality assurance, and effective financial management for both NHS Health Checks and LARC services.
