Description
The Authority requires provision of Facilities Management Services at our High Commission in Port of Spain, in order to continue high performance of the maintenance of all plant, equipment and properties, waste disposal, grounds and pest control. With this process the authority is looking to find a suitable supplier able to develop and provide all services required by post to the required standards and obtain relevant improvements on the current conditions and operation of the facilities at the High Commission in Port of Spain, the High Commissioner's Residence and three residential properties (three bedrooms), including securing value for money. To support these contracting needs, the FCDO relies on qualified suppliers with ample manpower, equipment and capabilities to carry out the statement of service set in these terms. The Contract will be for the duration of three (3) years, with an option to extend an additional two (02) year - 12 month periods upon agreement between Authority and Contractor
