Pre-market Consultation for the Managed Services for the CSO’s Existing Cloud Environment

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is seeking information from economic operators with a proven track record in the provision, implementation and operation of Managed Services for hyperscale public cloud environments. The purpose of this Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) is to undertake market research to assist the CSO in refining its requirements, procurement strategy and potential options for the future provision of Managed Services for the CSO’s Existing Cloud Environment. Economic operators are invited to respond to the questions set out in Part Two of this PMC document. The information obtained through this exercise will inform the development of a subsequent competitive procurement process for a Managed Services Provider. This PMC is a preliminary market-sounding exercise only and does not constitute a competition, a call for tender, or an offer to enter into any contractual arrangement. This request for information does not constitute an invitation to tender, or an offer to enter into any contract. Neither this document, nor any information set out herein, shall be regarded as a commitment or representation on the part of the CSO, to enter into any form of contractual arrangement express or implied.
