The South East Consortium on behalf of Thanet District Council invites you to tender for their block 1-41 Brunswick Court to replace the Fire Door Sets. To undertake the replacement of existing composite and timber fire doorsets. To be carried out on a planned basis to a single block of flats with communal/storage areas at Brunswick Court, Ramsgate, and consisting of: front doors, service cupboard doors, store doors, shed doors and communal lobby doors. In addition, the contract will be to replace meter over cover boxes, and any associated works; asbestos sampling/removal and general repairs.
