The Department of Social Protection is seeking tenders for the provision of IT Managed Services for the Civil Registration Computer System. Services will include server storage, IT infrastructure management, remote monitoring and Help-Desk Support. The term of the contract is for a period of 1 year with a provision to extend up to a further year if necessary. The successful tenderer will be required to support the transfer of these services into the Department during the course of the contract.
