The scope of the Framework Agreement includes: 1. Support of the current MyNMBI system and support transition to the Nextgen system. 2. Programme / Project Support Services during the procurement and transition phases. 3. ICT Technical Consultancy and Oversight Services. 4. Programme / Project Management Services. 5. Related Services.
